Ms. Miller has experience providing legal advice on laws, regulations, and policies affecting the mining and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining NLA, Justine served as in-house counsel for International Paper, advising on environmental and safety matters. Justine’s areas of expertise include policy development and enforcement under environmental, safety, and administrative laws.
