Deborah Maffett, with over 30 years of professional experience, is the Director of Finance, Administration & Events for NLA where she manages the financial planning and reporting duties, administration of human resources, information technology, website maintenance and office administration. In addition, she is responsible for handling the annual meeting, board of director’s meetings, and committee meetings’ logistics from RFP distribution and site selection to event completion. Prior to joining NLA, Deborah spent the prior 14 years as the CFO/Treasurer and General Manager at another national non-profit where she was responsible for financial planning and reporting, human resources, information technology, meetings, member activities and office administration.
