As NLA’s Director of Government Affairs and General Counsel, Mr. Prillaman’s duties involve managing the association’s government relations activities, including organizing member lobbying, participation in industry coalitions, review of laws and regulations, and direct contacts with regulatory agencies and legislative staff. He also serves as the liaison to NLA’s Health and Safety Committee. Before joining NLA in 1997, Hunter was an environmental litigator with law firms in New York City and Washington, D.C.

As Director of Environmental Affairs, Jon De’Ath supports the NLA’s regulatory advocacy program and provides technical support to the environmental committee, health and safety committee, and Board of Directors. Jon joined the NLA in 2011 and was previously an environmental consultant with over 20 years’ experience. Jon’s areas of experience and expertise are in environmental measurement and monitoring as well as risk assessment, with particular emphasis on Clean Air Act issues.

Lori D. Oney, with over 25 years of professional experience, is the Director of Finance, Administration & Events for NLA where she manages the operations of the office, financial statements and cash flow, budgeting and annual review, payroll and benefits, human resources, information technology administration, and website maintenance. She also handles all annual, board of directors, and committee meetings' logistics from RFP distribution and site selection to event completion.

As Deputy General Counsel, Mr. Frisby provides legal and regulatory advice and advocacy on laws and regulations that impact the lime industry, including environmental as well as health & safety issues. Prior to joining NLA in 2016, Bradford spent 20 years representing the mining industry as an attorney with the National Mining Association. Bradford’s expertise includes both administrative and environmental law.
